One token per booking
The initial token equals the selected itinerary’s displayed starting price in INR at the time you prepare your payment. It is paid once per booking and is not multiplied by the number of adults or children. The token will be credited towards your final trip cost.
What your payment confirms
A verified payment records your token payment and booking request with a reference number. Your travel expert will separately confirm availability, hotels, transport, inclusions, the final trip price and any balance due. Token payment alone does not guarantee flights, hotel rooms, visas or a final travel itinerary.
Currency and checkout
Your token is priced in INR. Before you proceed to UPCX, we show its USD equivalent using the latest available daily reference rate, rounded to two decimal places. That rate and date are saved with your quote. UPCX then quotes the USDT amount and supported network. Check those details and any wallet or network fees before sending funds.
A currency quote is valid for 15 minutes to start checkout. Once an invoice is created, its displayed amount is fixed until that checkout expires. An expired quote may need a new exchange rate. If you already sent funds or see a partial payment, contact our team before trying again.
Changes, cancellations and reconciliation
If you need to change or cancel your request, or your preferred arrangements are unavailable, contact Travel Charita with your booking reference. Our team will review the token, supplier commitments and any applicable charges, and confirm the available options in writing. Refunds are not processed automatically through this website. If you require a specific cancellation or refund commitment, obtain it in writing before paying.
